Blossom Prep School:
A classroom built for the way your child learns.

A half-day therapeutic preschool experience for children with autism, designed to build the routines, confidence, and foundational skills that help children thrive in classroom settings and beyond.

You don’t have to choose between academic learning and therapeutic support. At Blossom Prep School, your child gets both!

The Blossom Prep Difference

Blossom Prep is a half-day, play-based program that feels like preschool—but is thoughtfully designed for children who need more support than most classrooms can offer.

We help build confidence, friendships, and foundational skills in a warm, therapeutic environment.

It’s school with support, not instead of it.

Many families feel like preschool is the next big step. But if your child isn’t quite ready, Blossom Prep provides the same structure, joy, and social connection—just with more care built in.

We learn through play, because that’s what childhood is.

Our days are filled with music, movement, art, laughter, and friends. It feels like a typical preschool—because it should.

You’re part of the team.

From regular updates to shared goals, we partner with you to make sure your child is progressing and supported, every step of the way.

Therapy isn’t something we pause for—it’s part of everything we do.

From circle time to playtime, transitions to snack, we weave your child’s goals into the moments that matter most—where learning naturally takes root.
“Families often feel like preschool is the next big milestone—but for some kids, it’s not about pushing forward, it’s about finding the right fit. Blossom Prep gives them everything preschool offers—routine, play, friendships—but with the support and care they truly need to thrive.”
— Liza Mazzocco-Bodner, BCBA
Senior Director of Clinical Quality

What is Blossom Prep?

A therapeutic school readiness program that blends ABA, speech, and OT into a preschool-like setting.

At Blossom Prep, your child builds confidence, communication, and classroom readiness through structured play, small-group learning, and one-on-one support. It’s therapy within a school day—not separate from it.

  • ABA, speech, and OT integrated into daily routines
  • Led by a team who understands autism and early childhood
  • Small class sizes with low therapist-to-child ratios
  • Goals focused on social skills, independence, and IEP readiness

Who is Blossom Prep for?

Children ages 2–6 with an autism diagnosis who are ready for learning—but need more support than a traditional preschool can provide.

Blossom Prep is a great fit for children who:

  • Have an autism diagnosis
  • Are transitioning out of Early Intervention
  • Need extra help with communication, transitions, or peer play
  • Struggle in large or overstimulating classrooms
  • Are working toward kindergarten or IEP goals
  • Benefit from a consistent, supportive, small-group environment

Testimonials

Success looks different for every child... But we bet we have a story that matches your child's needs. Like James, who started with us as non-speaking and lacking the ability to initiate and maintain social interactions. Today, he can speak complete sentences, clearly state his needs, and navigate social interactions with his friends!

Our infant daughter was in physical therapy with Anna Zahn for about five months.  Anna was consistent, patient, and wonderful with our daughter.  Anna was also clear in her communications with us as parents which helped us understand our daughter's progress and needs, as well as how we could help our daughter at home.  While we are proud that our daughter graduated PT, we will miss Anna's warmth and kindness.

I love this place! Chista is an amazing person, so sweet and kind and very professional in her work. All staff are very kind with children. I feel happy to find this place for my daughter. Thank you!!!

Maria Di Rita

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! My son worked with Khadija as his ABA therapist and is finishing up this week with his OT, Sabrina. They were really instrumental in helping us navigate a new diagnosis. Both were so easy to approach with questions. From Leeann at the front desk to the RBTs (Alex, Rabbia, Molly, and many others), we always felt so welcomed. It seems like the staff genuinely enjoy their jobs, consistently offering feedback and suggestions on how to help my son.
