Heather DeJanovich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Illinois State University and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago. Heather has been working in the field of Social Work for 5 years and has experience working with both children and families in a variety of settings. Throughout internship studies, Heather provided individual and group social work services at UNITY community center and Court Appointed Special Advocates. Her graduate work focused on empowerment work with women and children in Chiapas, Mexico. Heather’s post graduate work focused on behavioral and psychotherapy with children and families. Heather’s focus is on empowerment and she utilizes a strengths-based approach to therapy.
